James Kim
Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding Opinmind, James was a pioneering force in the development and commercialization internet communication systems now widely deployed by companies like AT&T and Verizon. James has held numerous technical and managerial roles in the communications industry at companies including Optical Coating Laboratory (acquired by JDSU), Terawave Communications, and Coherent. James earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS from the University of California, Berkeley.
Peter Ashley
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Prior to Opinmind, Peter was Vice President of Business Development for MyWaves, a service for sharing video on the web and mobile phones. Peter closed several major deals for MyWaves including ESPN and Nike's Brand Jordan. Peter previously led Business Development for the PayPal Merchant Services division of eBay, which is responsible for extending the PayPal transaction platform beyond eBay, and was most recently, the GM of PayPal's New Media business. Peter received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Tufts University.
Charles Mi
Chief Technical Officer, Co-Founder
Before Opinmind, Charles spent several years working at the IBM Almaden Research Group focusing on information extraction, data modeling, and text analytics. Charles earned an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University and a BS in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
I-Heng Mei
Chief Architect, Co-Founder
Before Opinmind, Heng developed enterprise search applications for Oracle. Heng earned a MS in Computer Science from Stanford University and a BS in Computer Science from North Carolina State where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and #1 in his graduating class.
